Together Credit Union partnered with our agency to overhaul its aging website and create a unified digital experience for its members. The existing site suffered from an outdated look, complex navigation, and inconsistent mobile performance, which made it difficult for customers to find information and complete key tasks. Our team was tasked with designing a modern, mobile-first interface that reflected the credit union’s brand values, improved accessibility, and simplified everyday banking actions such as checking balances, finding branch locations, and applying for financial products. As the UI Designer, I developed responsive layouts, a scalable design system, and clear visual hierarchies to ensure a seamless experience across desktop and mobile.
